Cold-Shoulder Date Night Look

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE a cold-shoulder top but lately I’ve felt like some of the selections out there feel uninspiring. “Been there, done that,” is never a good sentiment for your wardrobe. I found this Chicwish top and totally fell in love with the unique shoulder draping and elevated style.

I could see this top styled beautifully with a chic black pencil skirt or floral circle skirt. For my visit to the Color Factory, I wanted an elevated look that exuded a type of “cool” quality. Polished without being too buttoned up was the goal, and the Decorous Essential Cold Shoulder Top helped me get there.

I paired this top with simple dark denim jeans and stiletto pumps. I feel like it can dress up a business casual meeting at work, especially on a Summer Friday. I, personally, wouldn’t think twice about wearing it on a date night, too!

These vibrant pictures really make the outfit pop. I took these at Color Factory, a perfect spot for a girl’s day or a date, located in Houston, Texas. (Read my review on a Color Factory here!)
